| Made by a student!
As part of the Waterford Taste of Craft, I taught a bag making class at the Workhouse Studios in Kilmacthomas.
The bag above was made by a student in my recent sewing class - I love the colour combination of peaches and lilacs. Everyone enjoyed the class and completed more projects than I had expected, which was great to see.
Another great colour combo below - Lime & Orange Tote Bag
And another beautifully made vessel bag below:
We also used my Foldover clutch pattern to make some small bags using magnetic snaps and fusible fleece - These turned out really well too.
It was great to teach this group of ladies - some of whom had never made anything with their sewing machines before!!
Everyone seemed to enjoy the class, and commented on how quickly the 2 1/2 hours of each class went by. I am planning on doing some more bag - making classes in the coming months, so feel free to contact me if you'd like some details :)
